Sorry if I'm treading on anyones toes but...
Shouldn't the 'Read this before posting' thread be at the top level Board Index?
It's currently under Issues.

phpBB allows to display a link to the rules in every page...look carefully above your post title....
in any case, nobody reads them, so...
[EDIT] I tweaked the phpBB CSS...are the rules more visible now ?
