Fader/Button matrix size bug when altering frame properties

Hello,
after upgrading to qlc 4.10.3a Qt5 build from open build service i experience a weird problem when creating a new button or fader matrix in virtual console:
I click e.g. New button matrix and let it add the number of buttons it suggests(changing the number doesn't have an influence on this).
The matrix gets created and shows all its buttons.
I double click the frame, and check any single or combination of the options to allow new sub-objects, show title bar or allow resizing, and click OK.
The surrounding frame immediately redraws at a much smaller size so that it shows only a part of its elements, and doesn't show the resizing triangle in the lower right corner. I don't see any possibility to get it resized to access all the "hidden" objects.
This happens on both my machines running openSUSE Tumbleweed with Plasma5.
