Multiple tilt in efx

We have some of the 8 led 2 row spider type lights that have a Pan and 2 different tilts on them. The tilts can infinitely rotate, how would I implement this into qlc so they can both rotate differently or copy both tilts to match?

I'm trying the same thing. Sadly with no luck.
Is it possible to use 2 moving heads and fixture remapping tilt channel 1 from one fixture and tilt 2 from the outer one?
