This isn't meant to be a "Fixture request" forum, but exactly the opposite.
There's a Fixture Editor in the QLC+ bundle.
You can create the fixture on your own and share it in this forum with everybody using QLC+.

I second to Massimo. Just start Fixture Editor and try. It's easy.
If that doesn't work, just add general dimmer with 1, 2, 5 or 10 consecutive channels, depending on the setting in the fixture.
