[Solved] Autostart Problems

Hello,
i downloaded and installed a raspiOs_bookworm following the manual on a Raspi 400. I would like to change location and keyboard to German, but i can get no terminal: When i close qlc+ by the "powerbutton", it restarts instantly, CTRL_ALT_T does not work. I have read all 133 posts to "autostart" and also "https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopic.php?t=294014", but found no solution. On my Desktop machine I cannot open "rootfs/root", because Ubuntu does not allow starting Dolphin with root permissions. In /home/pi/.qlcplus there is no "autostart.qxw". Any ideas?

EDIT: Sorry, i had overseen that i have to login by ssh first and then "raspi-config"
