/etc/init.d/qlcplus file not found

Hey, I am trying to make the raspberry start up in kiosk mode. All other forums say that I have to edit the /etc/init.d/qlcplus file and add a commandline parameter. But Putty nor filezilla can find the file. I can see all other files in this folder but nothing named qlcplus. Do I have to make a new file? What do I have to write in it?

I have updated the documentation and written in many other threads the new location of the startup file.
Please do a simple search before posting. Thanks
