XY Panel - not possible to add in VC

Hello together,

i'm completely new in the forum and wondering why i didn't found any topic about this issue:

even in a complete new file for me it is not possible to add a xy-panel in the virtual console.

The area becomes green and seems to be "active" but nothing happens afterwards.

The same happens with "Zeitauswahl" in the german version.

in the beta3 release it was not exposed the link with the features implemented, have a look at it:
