Crashes when deleting fixtures in 3D View

Report an issue that you found while using QLC+ 5.x.

When deleting a fixture in the Fixture Group sidebar (the brown box symbol on the left) with Remove the selected Items (the red minus) while having the 3D View tab open, QLC+5 crashes.

(QLC+ 5 Beta 3, 64-bit Ubuntu)

I have applied a workaround upstream.
Unfortunately the root cause is quite difficult to solve.
