Lamps flicker unintentionally

Hello, my SPS-121 LED spots flicker unintentionally at irregular intervals, but only in 7 channel mode. If I change the output frequency the flickering speed changes.
I control it with QLC+ 4.12.7-1. It doesn't work with QLC+ 5.00.0-0 either.
I use Windows 11.
I use the Enttec Open DMX USB interface.

Can anyone help me.

How are you using channels 6 & 7?

I use 7 channels.

Sure, you said that in your first post, but that isn't an answer to the question...
channel 7 is a mode selector and channel 6 acts as a strobe speed or effect speed setter, depending on what 7 is set to.

I assume Kenact wanted to see how you set these up when your flicker appears, to exclude user error.

Sorry, I misunderstood the question. No, I don't use channel 6. This problem does not occur in 4 channel mode.

I also tested the Eurolite USB-DMX512 PRO Interface MK2. So it has the same effect.

But strobe would be very important for my application.

I can also fool the program by simply creating one on and one off scene in 4ch mode and playing them in quick succession in a chaser. This works, but it would be better if it worked with the normal strobe channel.

This problem does not occur in 4 channel mode.
This indicates that the DMX interface(s) is/are working OK. They don't care which mode your fixture is set to, they're just sending values on DMX channels...

Can you share and attach your fixture definition and possibly the workspace you use with it, here?

I know what fixture you use, but as the fixture definition for this is not part of the QLC+ distribution, I ask for your custom fixture file (.qxf) and workspace (.qxw)

In your Fixture definition you defined channel 7 Effekte as "Intensity", instead of "Effect".

It still doesn't work, but I changed it anyway.

Did you restart QLC?

Yes.

Just to summarize and make sure I understand correctly:

Using this workspace and fixture file, only the Showlite SPS-121 (not any of the other lamps), and only when set to 7 channel mode, exhibit this random flicker?

I don't know very well about electrical properties of DMX, transmission frequencies and all that, but if that's true, in my mind this strongly points at the fixture behaving badly.

Apart from that I'm out of ideas currently.

I had some time to dig in,
In your project, you use them as a 4 channel fixture,
The fixture profile uses channel 7 as intensity <- bad

What is the make and model of the pixel-bar? If it's Chinese, I had some bad experiences with some behaving as a DMX master (sender) and destroying the DMX signals...

A current status, please?
