Thanks to Massimo, the 16b tilt/pan problem is almost aside.
Now a new problem has arisen: the EFX module is going bizarre.
Of course, it does: the updated QLC+ engine made a MaJoR upgrade, dealing with the lower 8-bits of the 16-bit signals.
What an achievement!! ... If you have fixtures capable of fine-tuning dim, pan, tilt, //// , you will be soooooo happy now!
The issue: EFX does not take into account the ?? values ??? MSB / LSB ??? I cannot debug this behavior...
Project attached: PTissueControl5
You need a fixture definition: attached also
And a video to show what's going wrong ... [edit: https://youtu.be/cJTJZNaEkYA ]

I AM SOO SORRY - the previous linked video showed something personal ...
With the latest make, I got a problem...

The EFX module does strange things to the MSB/LSB-values... It NOW jumps from 0.0,0.0 to 0.0,127.0 ?? I did not debug this behavior!

This is because of EFX going outside the preview area (with negative tilt degrees)
Clipping values to 0 solve the issue but I'm wondering if this is a real usage case
