Every time I close and restart QLC+ the links to videos are lost, so I have to specify them again in the video function editor. Any thoughts on how to solve this?

Open your project file with a text editor and look if the location of the files are hard coded. (starting with root f.i. - If a user directory is present, then make sure QLC+ runs under the same user...)
Notice: create a copy of your showfile before editing ... if you break the structure of the file, you break the project.

All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore
