Simple Wall Light Switch for a scene

Hi,

We have several scenes programmed using the QLC+ controller to control our lights. We have around 260 channels programmed. We do not use all these scenes regularly, and only use one scene 95% of the time.

I am just wondering if there is a simple hardware switch or a wall switch which can generate the DMX signal for a particular scene, without using the software. i.e. Someone could just one switch to turn the lights on and the other switch to simply bring all lights to full brightness (which is one of the scenes programmed in QLC+), without having to turn on the PC, load the workspace, etc., etc.,

I think the OP does not refer to LED pixels, but true DMX channels and he posted it on the Raspberry forum. So one would start suggesting using the Raspi GPIO hardware inputs... They will need some electronics to make them safe for use under 'install' conditions...
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore

Yes, I was not intending on controlling LED pixels, but DMX light fixtures. Just to record a scene, and dump that scene's DMX values when a button is pressed, without a computer.

If you google on "DMX recorder wall mount" , you will find:
- DMX recorders with a separate (wall mount) control unit (like the Showtec TR512).
- DMX recorders that are rather small, so could be mounted to a wall (like the Botex SD-10).
- DMX Interfaces for architectural use (like the Briteq LD-1024 Wall or ACCLAIM Lighting ART 500).
