Dear,
I have a question about the virtual console.
When using a cue list there is a next and previous button at the bottom.
Can the functionality of these next and previous buttons be assigned to button widgets?
I have a nanokontrol 2 and would like to use the buttons next to the faders to move the cue list forward or backward.

Thank you for your answer, but what I want is to use button R6 to control the previous and next buttons of a cue list.
Button 6 is a button of my nanokontrol 2, with which I want to control the cue.

You have to use two buttons from your NanoKontrol2 to control next and previous Cue List buttons. One for Previous and one for Next. You cannot use the same button for Previous and Next, because they will be activated at the same time and only the Next button will work.

Hi Fred, indeed I will use two buttons to control the NanoKontrol2. But I don't find how to attach the next and previous Cue List buttons to the two buttons.

You have to use the loopback magic for that.
Define 2 channels in a loopback universe,
create 2 scenes with those channels to 255,
Now bind those scenes to the external input of th next and prev button of your chaser.
Create 2 buttons on your VC (you already have one)
bind these scenes to the function of the buttons,
Now you can use the external control of your NanoKontrol to press the buttons.
Try it and report back.
