Just something I 've noticed recently. I often download workspaces to see if I can figure out the problem a user has with their QXW workspace file. In the past, they usually loaded fine, but recently, it seems most of the workspaces cause QLC+ to crash, at least on Windows10 x64, using 4.12.6.

How do you open the workspaces, directly from your browser?. Or from Downloads folder?

I downloaded the file mentioned above, moved it into the QLC+ folder, ran QLC+, clicked the Open icon, scrolled down and clicked on the file name, then clicked OPEN.

QLC+ closes immediately, and creates the following Event Log entry

This one crashes for me also - editing the mentioned project file with a text editor and removing the pointer to the USB interface in the interfaces block, it opens normal now.

I don't recall having to do that in previous versions. It will make it harder to test project files going forward, if each of them have to be edited in a text editor before testing them.

Doesn't crash for me on Linux.
So I guess this might be specific to Windows.

[EDIT] doesn't crash on Windows too. Tried with and without a DMX USB adapter. What am I missing?

No crash here both in Linux and Windows, either
