Audio cutoff

Windows 10 x64 latest updates, 8gb RAM, 4.12.7.35 (also happens in 4.12.6)

I have a sound cue that is 1s440ms in length. It's a person saying "You have a long distance call."

If I play the wav file in any other audio program, it's fine. If I play it from the Functions tab in QLC+, it cuts off the Ls in call. If I convert the same file to an mp3, it works fine.

I can't upload the wav file to the site.

There seems to be a difference in the reported length of wav files as opposed to mp3 files. Wav files tend to be about 50ms shorter than mp3s.

An issue I just saw with MP3 files. If I trim an audio file to the very end of the audio and export as an MP3 from Audacity, then import it to QLC+, the length reported matched the length displayed in Audacity. When the file is played in QLC+, it is cutoff approximately 130ms too soon.

There's a relatively easy workaround, adding a little silence to the end of the audio before exporting.

The attached scene shot shows the problem. The file in question was exported at 48kHZ, but I've confirmed the same issue with files exported at 44.1kHZ.
