Windows 10 Autostart / ArtNet

Hi together,
I ran into a problem with autostarting my project: I'm using -o and -k parameters, so far no problems with that, BUT:
every time qlc+ starts, it looses part of it's artnet configuration.
I use 3 artnet nodes which are adressed by their ip-adresses and not over the broadcast in the subnet. When qlc+ starts, the correct output-option for artnet is checked for each universe, but when i open the artnet options the universes aren't listest there, so i manually have to remove and recheck the output options and then the ip adresses, which kinda undermines the whole autostart-process.

somebody got any ideas on this?

using qlc+ 4.12.3 on Windows 10 21H2
