Hello,

i have problems with the input / output in QLC 4.

We send Artnet over a Radig 4 Port Node. This works fine at the moment QLC is running. If we close QLC and restart the Software the Input / Output change to another IP Address.
Is there a solution to set the Output IP Address to a specified IP Address and QLC is not change this?

Thank you
Julian

QLC+ shows in the Input/Output the IP's that the OS is using. If you have checked an IP in the Input/Output tab and save the project. When you reopen the project the same is checked.
Can you post some captures from your project when this occurs?.

It should be so. But its not working.
I check the correct IP Adresses for ArtNET in the Input/Output Configuration. Then i save the project and close it. If i reopen the project sometimes the checked IP Adresses changes to my WLAN Interface. This happens not all the time. It can run 3-4 Times okay and then at the next start the Config is bad.

Its really frustrating because i use this in a place where other people without IT / PC expertise should use QLC in Kiosk mode.

Have you tried to configure your USB WiFi dongle with a fixed IP address?. I think that the problem is the WiFi configuration. The ArtNet node must have fixed IP then the problem is your Wifi connection. Is the computer also connected to ethernet with a network cable?.
And, as Massimo says in a post in this subject the order of ArtNet IP's in the input/output tab can change.

This is a recurring issue with USB devices.
See https://github.com/mcallegari/qlcplus/issues/1150
I've picked up the task and will find a solution to it as soon as I can
