Hello,
I'm using QLC + 4.12.2. with a Enttec open DMX on iMac Mojav 10.14 and everything works fine.
But I would use QLC + and my Enttec open dmx on a laptop (MacBookPro mi 2010 Sierra) but somethings wrong.
QLC recognize my Enttec but I the IN/OUT window, System Timer Accuracy I have this message : "PATCHEZ ce plugin à un univers pour la découvrir"
What should I do ?
Thanks

Baud

In a universe of your choice, tick the output box next to your Enttec interface and you will be fine.
It is saying 'assign this plugin to a universe for it to be found'

Hello Fredje Gallon;
Thanks for your answer.
When I tick my enttec box, in the "System Timer Accuracy" I have this message : Patch this widget to a universe to find out.
But, the DMX usb is "ticked"
I post two pictures to show you the difference between Sierra and Mojave.

I've just tried using an Open DMX on the latest 4.12 build on High Sierra and it wasn't outputting. It's late currently, but I'll try again tomorrow and play with the refresh rates.
Just to say I was using it on my other Mac which is on Big Sur and it had no issues outputting as I was building a show on that (first one ever, first time using QLC) and had managed to get everything I wanted working and tested on there.

Just to say I upgraded my macbook to big sur (I had been avoiding it but oh well) and it works fine now.
