after windwos restart QLC lost settings

We have problems after reboot, when windos system shut down and lost power.

It does not load the showfile properly

There are three error variants:

upper picture -
it does not set the rake on output for Artnet - 2.x.x.x IP

Lower picture -
If the missing outputs are completely empty and there is nothing in the window

The picture below shows a 0 instead of artnet universe 8

These are always and everywhere the same 3 mistakes.

Either you simply restart the program (not pc restart) or you reset the settings and save it in the folder c - dmx


In most cases a program restart is sufficient.

the problem occurs in all 10 systems at irregular intervals.
