Crash: QLC+ can't stand changing Desktop while editing profiles (Gnome)

Hi!
I experienced a crash of QLC+ in this very situation:
Debian Linux Testing, Gnome Desktop Environment. I've opened several windows, f.e. qjackctl for editing MIDI connections, a wine program for viewing my new "Icon Platform M+" configuration, gmidimonitor, etc…
If I open the Input/Output Manager and edit a profile, QLC+ crashes if I change the desktop (via Ctrl+Alt+[up/down] or via mouse) and go back to QLC+'s desktop. Terminal says "double free or corruption (out)"

Used the OpenSuSE Build Service package and the package from Debian (by the way: congratulations for getting into the official repository!) - same behaviour. Unfortunately I couldn't get debug symbols installed. I hope it's reproduceble.
