Q Light Controller+

When I enable only Seconds field and Plus/Minus buttons and run the console, the +/- buttons don't change the only shown seconds until I click on it. Instead they change hidden milliseconds field. So initially dialog focus is not set properly.
Also Range doesn't seem to take any effect, I can still input values outside of it.
