Maybe stupid question, but when I was watch video tutorial, I was see reset scene where all channels reset to 0. I was try to make similar scene but nothing happen like in tutorial

Please provide a little more information - in simple desk you have to press the 'X' below the faders to disengage the overrule.
Are you in develop mode (programming) or in a live show:
Programming mode: deselect the scene which is active
Live show:
Based on which priority rules apply:
HTP: tricky one because you will have to reset the scenes in action -> stop all functions?
LTP: simply create a scene where everything gets a new value. When you fire this all fixtures using LTP channels will get a new value and this one will be true.
But maybe you should read some more about priorities and why they are in place.
