Web interface: QLC+ connection error

I just got the QLC image up and running on my pi (3 B+) and I can access the web interface from my desktop (OS X, Chrome) however when I try to access it from a mobile device it says "QLC+ connection error! QLC connection lost!" I've tried on an iPad and an iPhone with both Chrome and Safari. I can still flip through the pages but I get the same error every time and I cannot activate any buttons on the Simple Desk. Any ideas?

I just solved the exact same problem. Simple fix. Delete the user set up in QLC+ on the Raspberry Pi.

I know this topic is a couple of years old and there are links that point to other articles - I am having this same problem. But HOW DO I delete the user from the web interface? I am running on an R-PI, the default image provided and I prefer to run it headless. But now that I have created users I no longer can use the web interface at all. Where is this information stored? How do I remove the users?
