I'm using windows 10 and the enttec Open DMX USB is only sending the first 127 channels. I've tried the default windows driver (possibly a arduino driver, not sure) and uninstalled that and installed drivers from https://www.ftdichip.com/FTDrivers.htm. I've tried on two different windows PCs. However I plug the device into my Mac and it works perfectly so it isn't a HW issue. What drivers should I use or is there another setting I should change on Windows?

Thanks in advance.

I have 6 Enttec OpenDMX USB dongles, which I run on Windows XP, Windows 10 x64 and Mac. I use the driver downloaded from Enttec, and I've never had that problem.

I am having that issue currently also. I have completely uninstalled all the drivers and reinstalled them and still only sending channel 1-127. Any known fix to it?

I can successfully control a lamp on address 177 on Linux

[EDIT] tested on Windows too. No problems

I'm using it since a week and it's working fine, I'm using the full universe range, maybe check the page 142 in the manual - "parameters list" - or the frequency in the output settings, for me 30/32 Hz is the maximum stable rate.
