I recently purchased a lixada USB to DMX512 adapter and installed on Windows 10. In the settings, I can see the uDMX adapter and it says the device is working properly. When I start QLC+, I do not see the interface in the Input/output tab. What more is required to use the interface with QLC+? Thank you.

I need to know the USB VID / PID (vendor ID, product ID) of the device. You can find them in the device properties window.
Maybe that's the only thing not recognized, given that this is a uDMX clone.
These are the ones supported right now:

Lixada uDMX interfaces can be used with QLC+ on Windows.
I'm using one on Win 7 64 Bit and it seems to work just fine
You have to load the driver though
There is a video on the Lixada disk about how to do it but it is too large to upload to the forum
You need to use Device Manager to update it
Find the device uDMX right click and select update driver then select browse my computer for drivers and point it to the driver files and install (you will get a warning that windows cannot verify the publisher but
select continue anyway)
I hope this helps
Best Regards Mark
