[QLC+ 5] Full 16 bit support

Hi Massimo!
I'd like to know if the new version will have the full support to 16 bit fixtures. It's something that also the most simple console have.
Yesterday I worked with a Robin led wash and without dimmer fine working it was a terrific experience.
