Flash button on web interface holds channel on

Hi I've tried several scenarios but am unable to get the flash buttons to drop the level of simple channel scenes on release when using the Web interface on a Pi model A. The same scenes work fine with the toggle function but once they have been flashed they stay on, even a stop all functions button will not turn them off. Chrome browser. I believe the previous poster had a similar problem.
