Audio or time delay for any selected chase

Hi all,
I’ve been searching the forums looking for the answer but I am not sure what I need can be achieve. I am trying to replicate the basic DMX control board that can run a chase via time delay or audio trigger.
The basics are:
1) There are 1 – N chases, only one need to be run at a time
2) When a chase is selected, it can be switched between time based or audio triggered
Is there a way to select a chase from a solo frame, and control that chase via time delayed or audio trigger?
Is there a way to link all chases in a solo frame to a speed dial?
