Lost UName and Pword!

Sounds crazy but I lost both username and password. And I tried every way possible to get in and find them to no avail. So I tried to create my account again but got the message "Email in use"! I only got here because I had an old ARRL email address and was able to create a new account. Oddly though, once I was in (in the new account) I was able to change from the ARRL email back to my old email! Must be an easier way.
