XY-pad - "fine mode" as standard

Hello everybody

I'm using the actual qlc+ Image on a Raspberry Pi 3 and controlling it with my iPad via OSC.
All works ok, but I want to permanently put the xy-pad in fine mode, so that I can more precisely control my moving heads via OSC.
(If I control qlc + via OSC with the iPad, I do not have an extra keyboard to press the Shift key while controlling my moving heads with the xy pad.)
How can I achieve this?
