Added Fixture in editor but it is not in workspace

I followed the tutorial at http://www.qlcplus.org/tutorials.html and added a fixture. It was a eBay LED Par so I put the manufacturer down as Generic. I saved in t to C:\Users\Ben\QLC+\Fixtures but when I started QLC+ I cant find it when I click on Add in the Fixtures tab.
