Will a 500MHz Computer work

Hi. I have a old fanless PC whitch is actualy .5Ghz. I am planing on using it with this dongle - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SmartShow-US ... 2801128008. Its to control 24 generics and 6 RGB PARs. I only want to contol the fixtures, not playing any audio or video on it. The reason I want ot use this is, apart from the fact I have it, is its fanless.
