Ebay "American Stage Lights" 140W LED Fixture - definition

Hi All, another definition for a fleabay special chinese cheapo LED Par light. This one has 7 x RGBW LEDs. It's advertised as "140W" in the title, and "7x8W LEDs" in the descripton. However, power measurements give overall power consumption at 17.3W at full brightness, all LEDs on. Still, it's bright and useable as a low-cost light for pubs etc.
Here's the definition:
it has two modes: 5 channel and 8 channel. The usual "master, R, G, B, W" in 5-channel mode, plus some additional colour change/strobe effects when the other three channels are added.
