Q Light Controller+

When using DMXIS as an output device (configured as PRO RX/TX, open wont work) in QLC+ every command (only 1 fixture, simple desk) seems to have a serious lag from about half a second to even 2 seconds.

System ist Win10 and we did tests on 2 different machines (same OS). Always the same reproducible results.

And now the funny thing:
Same DMXIS, same machine and the lag doesnt appear in (the older) QLC.


Anybody got a hint about that? From what i already read some ppl have similar issues with an eurolite adapter, but no solution.

Just in case anybody else runs into this, i found the solution:

you have to manually set the packet refresh rate using the enttec pro manager. the default value ist obviously below 40 wich wont work without the mentioned issues. Using the correct parameter and dmxis runs perfect also within qlc+ (and not only qlc).
