Solo Frames Enabling/unenabling in operate mode

So we have a few different solo frames in virtual console, really simple set up as all we really need to do is click different scenes with a fade in between them and our volunteers prefer buttons.
That being said when we switch into operate mode all of our solo frames enable for about 5 seconds and then immediately disable and basically lock up. This goes back and forth until we take it off of operating mode. Thanks for any help!
