Q Light Controller+

Hello friends, I have a problemas:

in VIRTUAL CONSOLE mode, I press for LIVE mode and everything goes up on without having any fixture called or a selected scene. Even with the screen empty without buttons or faders or anything.
Does anyone explain what happens to me?
