Can I Lock the Virtual Console????

Hey Forum...
I am using QLC for a High School Install and I want to "lock" the Virtual Console so that Only specific individuals can modify Fixtures, Funtions, Shows and Inputs/Outputs....
Is there a way to just go directly go to the VC and only VC on startup unless a password or key is provided?
I appreciate any help.
