Blackout doesn't always work with midicontrol

Hello,
I'm using qlc version 4.10.6 on raspbian hardware raspberry 3(compiled it with source from github).
I'm using a Akai LPD8 midi controller every function works fine p.e. starting and stopping chases and collection on midi command but blackout does not Always blackout all fixtures.
When I'm using the blackout button in the virtual console the blackout works fine.
I saw there was an issue with previous versions in combination with osc.
The "no function" works fine but I have too find a solution for some analog dimmers
