Some problems with strobe, dimmer and udmx

Hello. I`m newbie in DMX controlling and starting to learn it with QLC and Freestyler.
Now I`ve got some issues. I have 4 cheap china led pars and Lightmaxx Triple Derby HP beam. I control it by QLC on Windows 10 64-bit system with uDMX as adapter.
First problem is not maximal strobing speed in Derby HP. I visually compare speed of strobing at "255" in QLC and Freestyler, and it`s look like in QLC it strobe much slower. Pars strobe equally fast in both programs.
Second problem is jerkily dimming in pars. It`s look like pars lights by steps and not smoothly enough. I also check that issue in Freestyler and didn`t notice any jerks
And the last one. Strange problem. When working in QLC my uDMX adapter is randomly crashes with sound of usb extracting. But the lights stills in last orders. If I extract adapter the lights will go out, so in this problem adapter can`t crash because of losing connection to usb.
Does anybody can help with that issues?
