Open DMX Support on Windows 8

I am trying to use QLC+ on a Windows 8 computer and the open DMX interface. I can't find a driver for Windows 8. Is there no longer support for the open dmx interface? I eventually want to move to a RPi. Before I do, will I have the same issue there? Thanks.

There are some drivers on enttec site: http://www.enttec.com/?main_menu=Products&pn=70303

Note that I didn't check which drivers work with Win8...

My problem was that I was using a non-FTDI chip. Specifically I was using the CP2104 USB to serial device. Seems the QLC+ code to use a USB serial port is very specific to certain FTDI chips. As soon as I plugged in a proper device it immediately worked. Be nice if it could use any serial port chip, but I guess that is extra work.

The CP2104 is a nice device however, and a lot cheaper than FTDI for those of us who hack their own hardware (in my case talking to an Arduino clone).

In any case, solved and I have moved on.
