Icon Size with High Resolution Display

Dear All,
I've just changed my laptop which has a 3200x1800 resolution. Unfortunately now the dimension of QLC+ icons is too small.
How can I increase icon's dimension?

Hi all
Its been a while since Ive been on the forum but....I just a picked up a Surface Pro and having the same issue. I tried to fallow the directions in the link Massimo posted but Im not having any luck getting res to change. Ive used mac's for years. So Im having to learn the ins and outs of Windows 10. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
