Unfortunately I'm still able to consistently reproduce the issue by quickly moving multiple faders quickly (usually 5-6). I'm using QLC+ 4.11.0.65, Windows 8.1, and the workspace linked earlier in this thread. I have the same issue in my own, different workspace as well. I did a clean install of QLC+, I've tried swapping the APC mini cable, and I did reboot after reproducing the issue the first time.

You're right guys. Tested again and it's still happening :(
I was so happy I saw it working yesterday, but I guess I got tricked by how Qt on Windows works.
This doesn't happen on Linux, so if you have important gigs soon, I suggest to go that way until I find a way to fix this.

Hi, I tried again with the same workspace and I turned off feedback, QLC + doesn't lock !!! It looks like it works without stopping.

What version of Linux would you recommend using then? I'm doing a festival on the 16th June so fingers crossed that it will be fixed by then, atleast the Linux version is stable though.

I think right now the choice is Ubuntu 16.04

Yes ubuntu 16 worked just well for me.

I just had some feedback problems but the light were working fine.

Just a little tip:
It is another topic for later ( i haven't search for the moment) but, sometimes the light feedback on akai wasn't working. even when rebooting QLC. Only way was to reboot linux.

Hey guys, I think this time I've got it.
Please test as soon as you can Windows version 4.11.0.105

If it doesn't freeze anymore, please help me also to test inverted sliders, range values, monitor level, controller feedbacks, etc.
Basically I need to make sure I haven't regressed on anything else.
This is the last issue blocking 4.11.0 to be released.

Thanks

Thanks Massimo :-)
I'll try and give it a go, doing a festival next weekend so hopefully this will have fixed it!
What was causing the crash in the end?

As mentioned before, it was not a crash. If it was, I would have found a solution way earlier !
The QLC+ process was completely freezing and it was not possible to kill it completely (thus the only way to recover was to reboot Windows)
The cause is not so easy to explain. It was a mixture of UI updates and MIDI signals (I think feedbacks were involved too)
The latest change separates engine updates from UI updates and it seems to be the way to go.

I'm sorry, nothing has changed, same identical problem!
The only way to avoid blocking is to disable feedback on the apc mini

hi ,
This is my experience with 4.10.5b and 4.11.0.xxx on windows 10 (windows 7 works properly) :

1 - open qlc+
2 - go to Inputs/Outputs
3 - set midi in on universe ( 1 2 3 or 4)
4 - connect, or disconnect, one usb device ( usb pendrive, mouse)

Now I lost midi comunication .

For restore comunication:
5 - With a double click on a midi line "MIDI" on "Mapping" pannel, open configure midi plugin
6 - Press "Refresh" to find midi device

Some times windows display "qlc has stoped to working" .
