Q Light Controller+

Hi:

I don't know if the question has already been asked. If so I'm sorry.

I have a Soundlight USBDmx-one interface.
This interface has been developed from Pepperoni Light for Soundlight Germany.

The dll USBDMX.DLL is the same. But this interface is not revealed from QLight.

Do you have any idea/solution

1) What part of "Archive - no new threads please" isn't clear to you ?
2) moved into the appropriate forum section, Windows area, which you omitted to mention (please read the forum rules first)
3) Is your device listed in http://www.qlcplus.org/features.html ? Answer: no. So how is QLC+ supposed to recognize that product ?

In general, to support a USB device, we need to know all the information regarding that device:
- USB VID/PID
- DMX USB protocol specifications
- possibly the chipset used

Best thing is to physically have the device and be in contact with whom designed it.
