I currently use version 4 on a Windows 11 PC with 16GB of RAM and a Ryzen 7 with integrated Radeon graphics. Please help me

update: the version I use is the latest version 4 and I tried it on my Windows 10 computer with 8GB of RAM and an i5 and it works great. The problem is that it is a desktop computer and I need it on the laptop.... How can you explain this fact?
