Just upgraded to 4.13 and the EFX seems to behave rather erratic.
I don't know what's going wrong, it worked on the previous version, even the test version.
I added an video that shows the behavior

Is the EFX relative?
How is it started?
Sample project to reproduce the issue?

The EFX was relative but seems to have the same strange behavior when relative is turned off. (in a fresh project setting it to non relative fixes it)
The effect was started from the EFX Config menu.
The way of triggering it doesn't seem to matter. if its set to relative then is behaves strange.
I do use a selfmade fixture profile witch i will attach below

If you add a preset for a position, it works ... Relative mode needs some reference to something.
