Virtual Console "Stop All Functions"

I All,

Sometime I have situations where I want to stop all functions but I want to keep one or two basic scenes just to keep the room from going completely dark.
If I use the "Stop All Functions", everthing shuts off allright but I need to create another button to enable a scene that will trigger a device that will light the room with basic light.
Is there a way to trigger a scene immediately after stopping all functions or is there a workaround to accomplish this ?

A "stop all functions except" does not exist. However, after pressing the' stop all functions' button, you can create a collection with the stuff you want to light. It could be better but valuable in crisis situations. I always have a rescue scene/collection included on my VC's.
