I'm using a fresh new install of Ubuntu 22.04.
I downloaded QLC 4.12.7from the download page.
When I try open it to install it, Ubuntu shows the package is for fixture editor 4.12.4.
After the installer runs, I see qlc was installed also, but it is also 4.12.4
When I try to load a workspace created on a windows laptop with 4.12.7 onto this 4.12.4/Ubuntu installation, it loads fine. But then when I goto run mode, qlc hangs for around a minute and then crashes.
What am I doing wrong? Really need this to work for a gig tomorrow night.

Remove qlc 4.12.4 with:
sudo apt remove qlcplus
Install the downloaded QLC+ 4.12.7:
sudo dpkg -i qlcplus-4.12.7-xxx.deb
sudo apt remove qlcplus
Install the downloaded QLC+ 4.12.7:
sudo dpkg -i qlcplus-4.12.7-xxx.deb
