Hi,

first of all, I absolute adore your work Massimo! My greatest respect for your software skillz and the Q Light Controller!

Now, I found an issue in the new fixtue editor of the current version 4.12.7.
When I create new fixtures. I obviously want to add channels with functions.
But there is no add button...
So I can add a channel "colour wheel", but I can not add sub functions with sub adress...like White 0-4, Red 5-9 and so on.
It all worked in the earlier version.
Maybe I simply do not understand it?

I don't remember if it has always worked like that but it does work, even if not very intuitive, omitting the need for a "+" icon like elsewhere.

Anyway, in QLC+ terminology, your "functions" are called "capabilities".

Add a channel
Set it to Type "Color" (leave Preset as "Custom")
Doubleclick the empty cell below "Maximum value" - it will fill in 0 to the Minimum value cell and let you type a maximum, e.g. "4" for White in your case
Doubleclick the Description cell to enter the capability name (White in your case)

same for next capability etc. etc.

Use the magic wand icon /capability wizard to auto-fill a series of same-sized value ranges (5 channels in your example)

- this can considerably speed up channel generation, if feasible, try to pre-fill the Descriptions field in a way that saves you typing text later (common text for all the generated capabilities). See the manual, it explains the wizard pretty well.
