File dosen't work ! please help

after a quich shutdown of my WIN10
I can't open my file : "Enable to access resource"

someone can help me please ?

i don't have a backup it's a big big project

Sadly this is a completely broken file - only contains zero bytes, but 882,8 kB of that.
