Real Name:

Currently, the DMX Keypad is an extremely promising idea, but with some streamlining it could create an amazing programming experience:

- Allow for shortened version to be directly typed in: THRU could be '>', AT could be '@', BY could become 'b', FULL could become 'f', ZERO becomes 'z', etc
- When using shortened versions, don't require spaces. Thereby, "5 THRU 15 BY 3 AT FULL" could become "5>15b3@f"
- Allow for percentage value entry, maybe matching context in simple disk faders (when in percentage display mode, treat entry as percentage) and/or allow for prefixing (p50 could be 50%)
- Provide color and/or textual feedback on what channels are selected by the keypad. Currently it simply shows the same color as channels that have been moved with the mouse in the simple desk.

An absolute pipe dream but:
- Dump DMX via a command in the DMX keypad for example 'RECORD 31' or 'r31' could create a scene named 31
